The Rowlands offer a new level of luxury and sustainable living to people wanting to live, work and play in central Adelaide. The $51 million project consists of 88 superbly presented apartments, currently under construction at 18 Rowlands Plc, Adelaide.

Opening Night Event
The client, Mandala Developments , Rann Communication and Events Managers Australia enlisted my services to design their 'Opening Night Event'.
The event had three phases. The foyer (complete with string quartet), the auditorium for speeches about the 'vision' with projection onto a voile curtain, and finally, the 'party' in a roof top garden complete with 180 degree views of the Adelaide skyline on the stage of Her MajestiesTheatre in Adelaide.
I worked very closely with the client and the interior designer, Polly Woods, to create a space which was a representation of The Rowlands roof top.
One of Adelaide's most respected photographers, Sam Oster, created an amazing time lapse film of adelaide sinking into dusk over a three hour period.
